Q1:Q1: What’s your minimum order?
Because all of our products are 100% customized, the minimum order quantity for 100% customized paper tubes is recommended to be 500 pieces.

Q2: How long will the delivery take?
“Usually it takes 5-7 days for samples and 3-5 days for delivery. It takes 15 days or so for mass production.”

Q3: What is the process?
Let us know the exact tube size, quantity, and type of customization you require, and we will give you a price quote. We will also send you design templates so you can layout your artwork. Once the final artwork is submitted and the order is placed, we will make a pre-production sample for your approval. This process takes 10-14 working days. Once the sample is approved, it takes about 6-8 weeks to mass produce and ship.

Q4: Can I get a sample?
You most certainly can. we provide samples free of charge after the orders has been placed and artwork has been submitted. These samples are used for proofing before we proceed with mass production.

Q5: What colors do you have?
We can make any CMYK or Pantone color you need. We can also produce tubes out of cloth, textured and metallic papers, and a whole range of specialty materials.
